About Cheri Alguire

“If it’s worth doing…it’s worth doing well.”

Cheri Alguire, Business and Life Coach, has honored and put this statement into practice for many years. Whatever the important pursuit, whether it’s professional or personal, she takes this principle to the next level. In fact, when Cheri sets out to do something, she is fully determined to give it 100 percent – every step of the way. This focused inner drive has led her to achieving an extraordinary amount of success in her life. In her book, 13 Lesson Learned in 13 Miles, she shares her experience, knowledge, and passion in setting and achieving goals.

Born in central Minnesota’s lovely lake country, Cheri grew up in the Twin Cities. She quickly earned her real estate license and proved she could be highly successful in the real estate industry. In fact, her drive for success led her to earning Top Producer honors in her very first year.

Cheri went on to gain additional experience in the mortgage industry, and then, after the birth of her third child, she moved her family back to the small town in which she was born. After she opened preschool/daycare center, Cheri teamed up with the local Public Television station to help develop a preschool curriculum built around the station’s programming.

From here, Cheri launched a sign company. It didn’t take long for her to build it into a profitable enterprise. Her drive continued to bring her to new heights.

When the time was right, Cheri sold the sign company business and jumped back into real estate. With her help, a sales team was built that became one of the most productive and innovative real estate teams in all of central Minnesota. Cheri also began investing in real estate at this time.

As a parent, Cheri continued investing her personal best into the lives of her sons, Blake and Ryan, and her daughter, Kelsey. Continually active in the community, she served as PTA president and was also very involved with the youth ministry department of her church.

With her background as a successful real estate professional and business owner, coupled with her life experiences, Cheri realized that she could share her knowledge, insight, and wisdom with other individuals.

This realization turned into the perfect role for Cheri – one as a Business and Life Coach. In order to fulfill this vision, she completed extensive training at Coachville, the School of Small Business Coaching, and Graduate School of Coaching. Cheri also earned certification through the Coach Training Alliance. In addition, she is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches.

Following her move to Southern California in 2003, Cheri’s coaching career shifted into overdrive. Hired by a national real estate training company, Cheri developed a coaching program to help real estate professionals grow to the next level in their careers and their lives. Soon after, she left to work in her own company, Next Level Services, Inc. Here, she works with scores of real estate agents, owners, brokers, managers, loan officers, small business owners, working mothers, as well as other professionals and individuals going through transitions, including rebuilding their lives after divorce.

Cheri helps her clients focus on a top-priority goal: to make a quantum leap in their business and their life. This is her calling. This is what Cheri Alguire does best.
